The role of Valet Account Manager at PMC is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned location to ensure exceptional service quality for both clients and guests. This position is full-time and exempt, offering a salary with potential bonus opportunities, dependent on market and experience. Reporting directly to the City Manager or Area Manager within the Valet Parking Division, the Valet Account Manager’s primary objective is to lead and manage valet operations by delivering outstanding guest service while maximizing operational efficiency and financial performance.

The Valet Account Manager plays a multifaceted role that involves managing staff, cultivating robust client relationships, overseeing financial aspects such as revenue, payroll, and expenses, and stepping in to perform valet duties when necessary. This leadership role requires strong supervisory skills to recruit, train, and develop hourly associates, setting clear performance expectations while fostering a professional and positive work environment that supports employee satisfaction and excellent customer service.

Operational oversight is a key responsibility that includes scheduling, staffing, quality assurance, and conducting routine site visits to resolve issues and uphold consistent customer service standards. Financial management capabilities are essential, as the Account Manager must monitor site-level revenue and payroll, collaborate with regional directors on cost controls, and maintain accurate financial records to ensure operations remain financially sound and within budget.

Exceptional client relationship management is also integral to this role. The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for each property, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled while nurturing open communication and trust with stakeholders. This focus on partnership development helps identify opportunities for service improvements and business growth.

The role demands excellent communication and reporting skills to provide regular updates to management, coordinate during emergencies, and maintain clear dialogues with internal teams and external vendors. Given the dynamic nature of the parking and hospitality industry, flexibility with work hours, including occasional travel for financial reviews, audits, or corporate meetings, might be required.

The work environment for this position includes both indoor and outdoor settings with exposure to various weather conditions and noise levels typical of active parking facilities. Physical demands include extended periods of standing and sitting as well as keen vision abilities to ensure safety around moving vehicles and pedestrians.

PMC offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance upon eligibility, 401K plans, supplemental insurance, paid time off, paid training, tuition assistance, bonus opportunities, and an internal leadership development program. PMC is committed to pay transparency, equal employment opportunity, and compliance with all applicable labor laws, emphasizing a work culture that values professional growth, quality service delivery, and a collaborative team environment. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with supervisory experience in parking or hospitality to advance their career in a respected and growing company.
