At Towne Park's Embassy Suites location in Nashville, the valet driver role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to superior guest service. This position is full of rewarding moments that directly affect the comfort and satisfaction of hotel guests. Starting pay ranges from $14 to $18 per hour with the addition of cash tips, reflecting the company's commitment to fair and competitive compensation. Towne Park offers available shifts including overnight and third shifts, providing flexibility for various schedules. The role demands professionalism in customer interactions including greeting guests warmly and using their last names to add a personalized touch. Maintaining safety and accuracy is vital when handling vehicle tickets and managing revenues. This role also requires excellent communication skills to assist with directions, taxi arrangements, and reservations, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well cared for during their stay.

Towne Park embraces diversity and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for employees with disabilities. Employees can expect a physically engaging work environment, often spending extended hours outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions. The position requires strength and stamina to lift and move objects, sometimes up to 100 pounds, and the ability to navigate physical tasks such as climbing stairs and balancing safely. Those who enjoy an active, people-focused role will find Towne Park’s valet service position highly fulfilling.
