Their commitment to hospitality extends beyond merely a job; it is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals they serve daily. Towne Park understands that every interaction matters, from easing the anxiety of a patient and their loved ones with compassionate care to welcoming guests in unfamiliar cities with a memorable and friendly experience. This customer-focused company puts great emphasis on creating smiles and positive moments, striving to be a place where employees can truly make a difference. With a strong reputation for professionalism and hospitality, Towne Park continuously seeks to deliver exceptional service that reflects its core values.

The Valet Cashier role at Towne Park is a vital position within their team. This role carries the responsibility of securing guest vehicle keys and handling revenue transactions with accuracy and care, all while offering exceptional hospitality services in a warm, attentive, and friendly manner. The valet cashier is the front line of guest interaction and plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional demeanor and fostering positive relationships with both guests and colleagues. This position involves operational duties such as collecting payments, reconciling revenue, issuing receipts, and categorizing tickets in alignment with audit procedures. The valet cashier also operates essential equipment including registers, gates, and credit card machines, and manages claim checks and guest vehicle key inventories for seamless parking service operations.

This position requires the ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment, assist guests with inquiries including directions and reservations, and perform detailed reporting of daily activities. The valet cashier must be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while providing attentive customer service that embodies Towne Park’s commitment to excellence. The hourly base pay for this position is $15, and the work schedule demands open availability to meet various operational needs. This comprehensive role offers the opportunity for candidates to work in a dynamic hospitality setting that values skill development and teamwork.

Additionally, Towne Park supports its employees by providing options for accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and access to a 401k retirement savings plan based on eligibility. This role involves certain physical demands, including sitting and standing for extended periods, handling objects and controls, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Working conditions may be exposed to outdoor environments with varying weather elements. Towne Park offers a workplace where making an impact is as important as performing essential cashier duties, making this an ideal opportunity for those passionate about customer service and hospitality.
