Benefits available to employees include options for accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and enrollment in the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan, with eligibility dependent on job classification and hours worked. However, seasonal and temporary positions do not qualify for these benefits.

This position is suitable for individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent and requires a valid driver’s license. Prior experience in a related field, though limited, is acceptable as there are opportunities for training and growth within the role. The Guest Service Associate role also demands physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, with some lifting of weight up to 100 pounds occasionally.
