Job Description

Towne Park is a prominent hospitality services company dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences through attentive and compassionate service. As a leader in the parking and valet industry, Towne Park prides itself on its commitment to delivering memorable interactions that positively impact millions of patients, visitors, and guests each year. Their services extend beyond simply parking cars; they are focused on enhancing the overall guest experience by reducing stress and increasing convenience during visits to healthcare facilities, hotels, and entertainment venues. The company values employees who see their work as more than just a job, emphasizing the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of the people they serve. Towne Park’s culture promotes positivity, professionalism, and genuine care, making it an ideal workplace for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and customer service.

The role of the Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is a vital position designed to deliver outstanding hospitality services while ensuring safety and efficiency in parking and vehicle retrieval. This hourly opportunity offers a base pay of $10 per hour, supplemented by $5 to $10 per hour in tips, reflecting the importance of exemplary service and guest interaction. The work schedule includes flexible shift options with AM and PM timings to accommodate the needs of a dynamic operational environment.

In this role, associates are the face of Towne Park, responsible for greeting guests warmly within five feet and addressing them by their last names to foster a personalized experience. The Guest Service Associate handles tasks including parking and retrieving vehicles with great care, assisting guests with their luggage, and providing directions and information about local amenities and attractions. They also manage claim checks, calculate and collect parking fees, and faithfully execute Towne Park’s operational and safety procedures. Successful candidates will embody a pleasant, friendly demeanor and be eager to help others by answering questions, delivering messages, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable interaction with every guest.

Physical demands are an essential consideration in this job, as much of the work occurs outdoors across varying weather conditions. Associates must be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and be comfortable with extended periods of walking, standing, and performing tasks that require balance and agility. Key physical skills including the ability to operate a manual transmission and expertly perform parallel parking will greatly enhance success in this position.

Towne Park offers employees the opportunity to enroll in an attractive benefits package, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Eligibility depends on job classification, employment length, and hours worked. However, seasonal and temporary employees are not eligible for these benefits. By joining Towne Park as a Guest Service Associate, candidates will be part of a supportive team culture dedicated to service excellence, making meaningful contributions every day while enjoying competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
