Towne Park operates in the hospitality sector, specializing in valet services, parking management, and guest relations. The company’s culture is centered around empathy, attentiveness, and creating memorable moments for everyone they interact with. Employees at Towne Park are not just workers; they have the opportunity to genuinely make a difference in the lives of others every day by providing high-quality customer service and hospitality support.

The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is pivotal in upholding the company’s mission of excellence in guest services. This position is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and courteous hospitality services to guests, ensuring that each visitor experiences a warm welcome and smooth parking experience. The role requires attentiveness to guest needs, including parking and retrieving vehicles safely and promptly, assisting with luggage handling, and offering helpful information about the facility and local attractions. Associates greet guests courteously using appropriate salutations and maintain professionalism throughout the duration of their shifts.

Working as a Guest Service Associate involves a balance of outdoor and indoor duties, requiring interaction with guests, colleagues, and clients in a dynamic environment. The role demands physical stamina due to the need to stand, walk, and sometimes exert force to move objects up to 100 pounds. The environment is predominantly outdoors, exposing employees to varying weather conditions, which requires resilience and adaptability.

Towne Park values safety and precision, as the role necessitates careful driving during the parking and retrieval of vehicles, adherence to parking protocols, and accurate management of ticketing and vehicle records. The position offers an AM/PM work schedule and provides competitive, fair compensation based on skills, experience, education, and working location. Additionally, employees are eligible for a range of benefits including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and participation in the company's 401k retirement plan.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering excellent customer service, possess good communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. The Guest Service Associate position at Towne Park offers an opportunity to grow within a supportive company culture while making a genuine impact on the experiences of countless guests and visitors each day.
