Job Description

Towne Park is a leading hospitality services company dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences, specializing in valet and parking services at top hotels, including premier locations in downtown Indianapolis. Renowned for its commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence, Towne Park focuses on creating smiles by offering compassionate and professional services to millions of patients, visitors, and guests annually. The company empowers its employees to make a positive impact by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services that ease anxiety, enhance guest experiences, and support colleagues in a dynamic work environment. This ethos is reflected in their belief that every smile matters, driving their mission to deliver superior service and memorable moments.

Towne Park invites applications for the role of Guest Service Associate, commonly referred to as a Valet Driver, at some of downtown Indianapolis’ top hotels. This position is an entry-level opportunity requiring no prior experience, making it ideal for individuals seeking a rewarding role in the hospitality sector with competitive hourly pay ranging from $9 to $11, supplemented by daily cash tips typically between $5 to $10. Employees benefit from flexible scheduling across morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts, with select shifts offering additional bonus pay.

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel, delivering exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests, parking and retrieving their vehicles safely and promptly, and assisting with luggage when required. This role demands a professional yet friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include explaining parking rates, managing claim checks accurately, and providing guests with helpful information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Safety and attention to detail are paramount, as associates handle guest vehicles with care and maintain accurate records throughout the valet process.

Towne Park offers robust medical benefits to both full-time and part-time employees, along with accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and eligibility for enrollment in the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan, subject to employment status and hours worked. While seasonal and temporary employees are not eligible for these benefits, permanent staff receive comprehensive support to promote health, financial security, and overall well-being.

The role requires candidates to possess a valid driver’s license for the state where they intend to work or within a commutable distance, and while no previous valet or hospitality experience is required, candidates should be comfortable with basic math, reading, and communication skills. Physical stamina is necessary, as the position involves prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Towne Park ensures reasonable accommodations to support individuals with disabilities in fulfilling their job functions.

Joining Towne Park means becoming part of a company that values teamwork, service excellence, and personal growth. Employees find a fulfilling career path that offers both the satisfaction of making a difference for guests and opportunities to develop within a supportive and fast-growing organization. If you are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and ready to deliver memorable valet experiences, Towne Park offers a vibrant work environment where your efforts will be valued and rewarded.
