Their hospitality services extend beyond just parking and valet assistance to include personalized guest interactions, thoughtful attention to client needs, and ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive to when they depart.
The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is a vital position in maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles in a safe and timely manner while assisting guests with their luggage and providing helpful information about the facility and surrounding area. The position requires a professional demeanor, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks thoughtfully under varying conditions including outdoor environments with exposure to weather elements.
Compensation for this role includes an hourly wage ranging between $8 and $10, plus additional tips from $5 to $10 per hour, reflecting the company’s fair and competitive pay philosophy based on location, experience, and skills. The schedule may include both morning and evening shifts to accommodate the needs of the location and its guests. Employees in this role are eligible to enroll in a suite of benefits including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to job classification, hours worked, and length of employment. These benefits support employee health and wellness alongside financial security.
In this role, the Guest Service Associate serves as the frontline of Towne Park’s guest interactions, tasked with providing a pleasant, friendly, and professional atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly and using respectful salutations, managing vehicle parking and retrieval with the utmost care, assisting with luggage and door operations, and providing accurate information about parking rates and local attractions. The associate also handles administrative duties such as maintaining all ticketing and claim check details to ensure smooth operations. This position demands physical stamina as it often requires standing for long durations, walking, lifting objects, and working in varied weather conditions.

The company’s ethos emphasizes making a difference by fostering smiles and positive experiences for both guests and team members alike, ensuring each shift brings new opportunities to shine.
