Job Description
Towne Park is a prominent provider of parking management services, specializing in delivering exceptional guest experiences through a combination of hospitality and operational excellence. The company is widely recognized for its commitment to customer satisfaction and its dedication to creating seamless parking solutions for various commercial, residential, and hospitality clients. With a strong presence in numerous markets, Towne Park offers tailored parking services aimed at enhancing convenience, safety, and overall customer satisfaction across locations such as hotels, airports, and event venues. This well-established company prides itself on maintaining a professional yet friendly atmosphere, ensuring that every interaction with guests is memorable and positive. Its team members are trained to uphold high standards of service while adhering to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is essential in cultivating an inviting and hospitable environment for all guests. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $9 to $10 per hour, complemented by an additional $5 to $10 per hour in tips, reflecting the importance Towne Park places on rewarding quality service. Employment often involves working shifts that may cover both morning and evening hours, providing flexibility to meet both guest needs and personal scheduling preferences. As a Guest Service Associate, the individual is entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that blend customer service excellence with efficient, safe vehicle handling. This includes greeting guests promptly and courteously, managing vehicle parking and retrieval, assisting with luggage, and providing informational support about the facility and surrounding areas. The focus of the role lies in delivering attentive, friendly, and professional service to enhance the guest experience from arrival through departure.
Beyond the immediate guest interaction, this role requires keen attention to detail in managing logistical aspects such as issuing claim checks, accurately recording vehicle and guest information, and explaining parking fees and procedures. The Guest Service Associate must be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, all while maintaining a pleasant demeanor and upholding the company’s standards of conduct and appearance. Additionally, this position provides opportunities to engage with guests by assisting with directions, arranging transport, and facilitating access to available amenities and attractions.
Towne Park supports its employees with benefits that include accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, as well as telemedicine services. The company also offers a 401k retirement plan, providing staff with options for long-term financial planning. Note that eligibility for some benefits depends on job classification, tenure, and hours worked, and seasonal or temporary roles may not qualify. Candidates interested in the Guest Service Associate role should be ready to work in varying weather conditions, as much of the job involves outdoor activity, and should be physically capable of handling tasks that include lifting and moving substantial weight. Towne Park values employees who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others, making this position ideal for individuals seeking a fulfilling role in the hospitality and service industry with room for growth and development.
