Job Description
Towne Park is a leading parking management company specializing in providing exceptional parking and guest services. With a strong presence across numerous locations, Towne Park is committed to delivering high-quality hospitality experiences to its customers while maintaining a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. Known for its dedication to customer satisfaction and operational excellence, Towne Park endeavors to create a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and employees alike. The company values integrity, respect, and professionalism, ensuring that every interaction reflects their core mission of making parking an effortless and positive aspect of the guest experience.
The position of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park involves direct interaction with guests to provide outstanding hospitality services. This role is integral to creating a memorable and positive first impression for guests, handling key responsibilities such as parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely, assisting with luggage, and delivering a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. Working in a dynamic environment that may include AM and PM shift schedules, the Guest Service Associate is expected to maintain high standards of customer service, adhere to safety procedures, and effectively manage vehicle and guest information. The compensation package includes a base hourly pay of $9 plus tips ranging from $5 to $10 per hour, reflecting Towne Park’s commitment to competitive and fair remuneration based on experience, skills, and location.
The Guest Service Associate must greet guests warmly, using proper etiquette and personalized interaction by addressing guests by their last names when possible. This role requires multitasking with duties spanning from vehicle parking to guest assistance, including providing directions, facilitating taxis or reservations, delivering guest items, and explaining parking procedures clearly. Additionally, associates are responsible for the accurate handling of vehicle claim checks, billing, and maintaining records related to valet services. A thorough knowledge of parking rates, vehicle retrieval processes, and ticketing accuracy is essential for success.
Flexibility, attentiveness, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions—including extreme heat and cold—are crucial, as the job often requires standing or walking for extended periods. Physical demands include lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, stooping, kneeling, and climbing stairs. Towne Park supports employees through benefits such as accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and a 401k retirement savings plan, with eligibility depending on job classification and tenure. Reasonable accommodations are provided to enable employees with disabilities to perform all essential functions effectively.
Overall, the Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, possess strong interpersonal and operational skills, and value teamwork and safety. This position is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule, competitive pay including tips, and the chance to be part of a respected company dedicated to quality service and employee growth.
