Job Description
Towne Park is a leading hospitality services company dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Established as a trusted name in the hospitality industry, Towne Park specializes in delivering comprehensive valet parking and guest assistance services across various hotel properties. The company’s core mission revolves around creating smiles by making a positive impact on the millions of patients, visitors, and guests who rely on their services daily. At Towne Park, employees are more than just workers; they are vital contributors to easing guests' anxiety and ensuring pleasant, memorable experiences. This culture of care, professionalism, and genuine customer focus positions Towne Park as a desirable employer for those seeking a fulfilling career within the hospitality sector.
The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is an essential position centered around providing outstanding hospitality services to guests at partnering hotel locations. This role involves the safe parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, delivering luggage assistance including pick-up and drop-off, and offering friendly customer interactions that enhance the overall guest experience. Guest Service Associates serve as the first point of contact for visitors, setting the tone for warm and professional service from arrival to departure. Employees in this role should expect a fast-paced work environment requiring a courteous demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while prioritizing safety.
Compensation for the Guest Service Associate position includes an hourly base pay ranging from $8 to $11, supplemented with tips that typically range from $13 to $15 per hour, reflecting the importance of service skills in this position. The work schedule varies based on hotel business volumes and will be discussed during the recruitment process to ensure alignment with operational demands. Towne Park emphasizes fairness and competitiveness in its compensation packages, rewarding employees for their dedication and performance.
Benefits for eligible employees include access to insurance options such as accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity plans, as well as telemedicine services. Furthermore, Towne Park offers a 401k retirement savings plan to help employees plan for their financial futures. Eligibility for these benefits depends on factors including job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary associates do not qualify for these benefits but are still encouraged to explore career growth opportunities within the company.
Beyond compensation and benefits, Towne Park fosters a workplace environment where employees are empowered to make a difference every day. Guest Service Associates are entrusted with responsibilities that directly impact customer satisfaction, such as courteous greeting protocols, efficient vehicle handling, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring the smooth flow of valet operations. The company also supports diversity and inclusion by providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities, enabling all employees to perform their functions successfully.
Towne Park’s dedication to a safe and supportive work environment is reflected in their clear policies on physical demands and working conditions. The job requires employees to maintain physical stamina, including standing or sitting for extended periods and occasionally exerting significant force when handling luggage or operating vehicles. Most work occurs outdoors and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions. Minimal travel may be required. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy active, service-oriented work and who thrive in dynamic hospitality settings where every day offers new opportunities to create smiles and leave lasting impressions.
