As a Guest Service Associate, the individual will greet guests warmly, maintain a professional demeanor, and handle vehicles with care, ensuring all procedures related to parking, ticketing, and key management are accurately followed. The associate will provide guests with relevant information about the facility, local attractions, and services available, enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities also extend to assisting with guest transportation needs by coordinating taxis and shuttles and offering bell services when necessary.

This role demands physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors for extended periods under various weather conditions, which reflects the dynamic and sometimes challenging nature of the job. Towne Park values safety and provides reasonable accommodations to ensure individuals with disabilities can perform essential job functions effectively.

Employee benefits for this role include access to accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and eligibility to participate in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan, depending on job classification and hours worked.
