Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hotel front desk experience
- Open and flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work all shifts
- Valid driver’s license
- Compliance with required certifications including food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Compliance with certification requirements such as food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Exceptional customer service abilities
Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- Manage reservations, VIP requests, and ensure personalized guest experiences
- Track logs, manage messages and packages efficiently
- Monitor and adjust room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue
- Lead and train front desk team members to uphold service standards
- Address and resolve guest concerns and workplace issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols
