Lucky Find Hospitality is a globally recognized ultra-boutique hospitality development, ownership, and management company that specializes in acquiring, developing, and operating high-yield sub-60-key hotels, resorts, and glampsites across the United States, LATAM, UK, and Europe. With headquarters in San Diego, California, and London, UK, the company has a proven track record of delivering successful hospitality projects through strong capital partnerships and diverse expertise. This expertise encompasses site selection, conceptual design, construction, pre-opening management, and operations management, allowing Lucky Find Hospitality to maintain excellence across every stage of hotel development and operation.
The company is currently seeking a Task-Force General Manager for its 48-key beachfront luxury lifestyle hotel in Venice Beach, CA. This hotel is a 4-star property that is in the final stages of construction, offering a premium guest experience with 48 rooms and suites complemented by a guest-only restaurant and a rooftop bar/lounge. Positioned directly on the boardwalk with spectacular ocean views, the property’s restaurant and rooftop facilities are exclusive to guests, providing predictable demand levels and easier management of operations. This role is a unique opportunity to be involved from the pre-opening phase through to full operational management, offering the possibility of transitioning into a permanent General Manager position.
The Task-Force General Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful launch and smooth running of this luxury boutique hotel. Starting ideally on January 1, 2026, the role requires hands-on leadership at this beautiful Venice Beach location. Initially focused on pre-opening project management, the successful candidate will coordinate the efforts of vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Key responsibilities include procurement, staff recruitment and training, establishing operational procedures, and maintaining comprehensive organization through planning, tracking, and budgeting phases leading into and throughout opening and daily operations. Job Requirements
