Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
  • proven experience as a general manager in luxury boutique hotel settings
  • project management experience in pre-opening hospitality projects
  • knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work on-site in Venice Beach, CA
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • oversee pre-opening project management
  • coordinate with vendors, contractors, and teams
  • manage procurement activities
  • recruit and train staff
  • establish operational procedures
  • plan, track, and budget throughout pre-opening and operational phases
  • ensure seamless transition from construction to opening
  • manage day-to-day hotel operations during task-force period
