We are seeking a dedicated Starbucks Shift Supervisor to join our team at the Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where every moment counts towards creating memorable customer experiences. The hourly rate for this position is $21.09, with eligibility for overtime. Candidates must be flexible with working hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts that may start as early as 5:30am or end as late as 4:00pm.

Your role as a Starbucks Shift Supervisor will involve leading daily Starbucks operations within the hotel. You will be responsible for supporting the team during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless daily store functions, and delivering superior customer service. The position demands excellent leadership skills to coach and support baristas, ensuring they meet Starbucks’ high-quality beverage and food preparation standards. Additionally, maintaining operational routines that adhere to cleanliness and food safety protocols is vital.

  • Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
