Corpay is committed to fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment where employees are empowered to grow professionally while contributing to the overall success of the organization. The company values integrity, innovation, and customer-centric approaches across all its operations.
The Hotel Sourcing Specialist role is an integral part of Corpay's Lodging business based in Wichita, KS. This role is designed for a driven individual with a strong background in sales and customer service who is ready to take charge of contracting new hotels and meeting ambitious goals related to hotel acquisition and savings achievement. Reporting directly to the Manager of Hotel Core Network, the specialist will play a crucial role in expanding Corpay's hotel network footprint across North America and Canada through outbound sales, negotiation, and strategic relationship management. This is a full-time position offering a designated workspace within the Wichita office, supported by company-issued equipment and formal hands-on training to ensure success.
In this position, the Hotel Sourcing Specialist will engage in various proactive outreach endeavors including cold calls, scheduled calls, and warm lead follow-ups, as well as email solicitation aimed at hotel management teams. The specialist will conduct detailed market and pricing research to validate hotel eligibility and negotiate favorable contract terms directly with hotel owners and managers. A comprehensive understanding of contract terms and the ability to clearly communicate these details is essential. Additionally, the role involves selling Corpay’s lodging-related services and optional programs while maintaining payment information accuracy and compliance. Beyond these core duties, the specialist will take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
Corpay invests in its employees by offering a structured training program focused on both technical and customer service skills, enabling the Hotel Sourcing Specialist to excel. The environment promotes teamwork and continuous learning, emphasizing individual accountability to meet sales quotas and deadlines. With a strong focus on professional development, this position is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a dynamic sales environment and have a passion for the hospitality industry. By joining Corpay, the successful candidate will be part of a company that values diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity, while benefiting from a competitive compensation package and a robust array of employee perks and benefits designed to support well-being and work-life balance.
