  • Minimum 1-year front desk experience preferably in a resort setting
  • Minimum 2 years customer service required

Job Duties

  • Supervise, evaluate, coach, counsel and situational retraining of Front Desk staff
  • Maintain and manage inventory daily and evaluate same day selling strategies
  • Provide a welcome reception area for guests
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging experience with internal and external guests
  • Execute all shift reports
  • Maximize revenue by promoting suite upgrades and maintaining rate integrity
  • Able to effectively communicate with entire staff
  • Maintain ticket bank and keep proper inventory of all tickets and logs
  • Assist with the check-in line as needed
  • Must be able to understand guest or employees needs and the ability to handle all situations calmly and professionally
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
  • Partner with other departments to meet guest expectations and special requests (reservations, bell desk, housekeeping, Information Desk, Concierge).
