PENN Entertainment is a leading provider of integrated entertainment, sports content, and casino gaming experiences with 43 destinations across North America. This dynamic company also operates an online sportsbook and iCasino through theScore Bet, making it a prominent name in the evolving gaming and entertainment industry. As a company, PENN Entertainment is deeply committed not only to delivering exceptional fun and excitement but also to fostering values such as diversity and sustainability, benefiting the community, its employees, partners, and the environment. Known for its fast-paced and vibrant work environment, PENN Entertainment offers employees the chance to be part of an exciting industry where their enthusiasm for helping people enjoy life is highly valued.

This particular role is part-time and invites motivated individuals who believe in the power of fun and customer service excellence to join a diverse team of coworkers. The company prioritizes employee career growth by providing access to resources and support needed to expand their professional paths. Initial placement within the salary range is influenced by relevant skills, knowledge, and prior experience; however, base salary is only one segment of a highly competitive Total Rewards package. This package includes wellness programs targeted at enhancing physical, mental, and financial well-being, with specifics such as day-one medical coverage, a 401(k) matching program, and annual performance bonuses, which may vary depending on the position. Paid time off is earned based on local policies and increases with the length of employment, emphasizing the company’s focus on work-life balance.

In this role, you will engage in various responsibilities tailored to enhance guest experiences across different areas of the property. From maintaining familiarity with property amenities and local services to actively promoting superior customer service and supporting specific hotel and RV park services, the job is designed to keep the workday interesting and interactive. Key duties include assisting with pool and outdoor deck responsibilities, handling hotel and RV park reservations and check-ins, processing payments, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. You will also play an essential part in maintaining regulatory compliance, safeguarding confidentiality, and reporting any maintenance or guest-related issues to leadership.

Working at PENN Entertainment means you will be supported by a company that values your contributions and invests in your professional development. Employees have the opportunity to work during various shifts, including high-volume days, nights, holidays, and weekends, ensuring a vibrant and engaging workplace. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to handle monetary transactions accurately. Prior experience with hotel reservation systems is preferred but not required. Successful candidates will complete the ServSafe training certification course, reinforcing PENN Entertainment’s commitment to safety and service quality.

Joining PENN Entertainment allows you to be part of a forward-looking company that continually changes how people experience entertainment. Whether you serve guests at the hotel front desk, manage RV park services, or support guest activities by the pool and amenities, this role provides a rewarding and dynamic work environment. Embrace the opportunity to grow your skills, work with diverse teams, and contribute to an organization that is dedicated to creating memorable experiences in an inclusive and sustainable way.
