The Hotel Services Representative role at PENN Entertainment is an integral position within the hospitality division. The representative supports guests throughout their hotel stay by managing reservations, facilitating check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and attending promptly to guest needs with a friendly and professional demeanor. This role entails assisting with pool and deck duties, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and reporting issues to leadership. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to manage guest interactions diplomatically. Additional responsibilities may include answering phones, clerical duties, and delivering guest requests.

For those working as RV Part Attendants, the role includes managing site reservations in the RV park, handling revenue collection, performing web check-ins, and ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of the park. This function also requires routine inspections of amenities, timely reporting of maintenance issues, and strict adherence to company policies with a guest-focused approach.

Successful candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a General Education Degree (GED) or High School Diploma, and have one to six months of related experience or training—or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Job Duties

  • Maintains knowledge of property amenities, events, and local area services to assist guests effectively
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs
  • Assists with Pool and Hollydeck duties including picking up towels and trash, running food items to guests, checking wristbands, and responding to guest inquiries
  • Reports issues to Hotel Services leadership
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reports potential issues to management
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
  • Assigns and assists guests with hotel room reservations and arrivals
  • Provides friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
  • Assists guests with hotel reservations, questions, and concerns, ensuring problems are resolved promptly
  • Processes payments, verifies identification, and ensures accurate account posting in accordance with established guidelines
  • Delivers items to guest rooms as needed including @Your Door orders, sundry items, etc.
  • Notifies Hotel Services leadership of guest issues, maintenance concerns, or policy violations
  • Answers phones, responds to inquiries, and performs clerical duties as assigned
  • Assigns and assists guests with RV park site reservations and arrivals
  • Collects and accounts for all RV site revenue in compliance with company policies
  • Responsible for accurately completing web check-ins for hotel and RV park arrivals
  • Inspects RV Park and all related amenities, submits IT or Maintenance tickets for applicable issues, and reports issues to Hotel Services leadership
  • Ensures RV Park is always neat and guest ready
  • Notifies Hotel Services leadership of guest issues, maintenance concerns, or policy violations
