Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical and repetitious tasks
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass drug testing according to company policy unless prohibited by law
- Ability to pass a background check unless prohibited by law
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical and repetitious tasks
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods as needed
- Ability to pass mandatory or random drug tests in compliance with company policy
- Ability to pass background checks including credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references unless prohibited by law
- Preferred availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all areas of guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathroom fixtures, removing dirty linen, replacing used guest amenities, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, mopping floors
- Complete daily guest-room task assignments
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Collect and label lost and found items
- Clean assigned common areas such as hallways, pool area, banquet spaces, stairways, public bathrooms, lobby, elevators, fitness center, linen closets, vending machines, and outdoor walkways according to established standards
- Work safely with chemicals and cleaning equipment using personal protective equipment
- Complete deep cleaning projects as assigned
- Assist team leaders and perform other projects as directed by supervision
