The company is an industry leader driven by a commitment not only to delivering fun and excitement but also to values such as diversity, sustainability, and community engagement. This makes PENN Entertainment a workplace that prioritizes the growth and well-being of its team members alongside offering exceptional guest experiences.

The company culture is fast-paced and vibrant, reflecting the dynamic nature of the gaming and entertainment industry, making it an exciting environment for professionals passionate about hospitality, customer service, and operations management. PENN Entertainment is dedicated to supporting career progression, providing resources and opportunities to help employees expand their skills and advance professionally. They offer a competitive salary package, which is tailored based on an individual's experience and skills. Beyond salary, the package comprises wellness programs that support financial, physical, and mental well-being, medical coverage from day one, 401(k) matching, an annual performance bonus, and earned paid time off that increases with tenure.

The role of Hotel Services Supervisor at PENN Entertainment is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction. This position requires overseeing daily operations across multiple hotel service areas, including the Front Desk, Pool, Valet, RV Park, and Hollydeck on assigned shifts. The supervisor will be instrumental in managing staff, maintaining high standards in customer service, enforcing company policies, and supporting financial activities like setting pricing strategies. Moreover, the role demands flexibility, as the supervisor may need to perform duties usually carried out by other hotel service positions such as Night Auditor, Hotel Services Representative, or Resort Attendant.

This role involves hands-on leadership, coordinating daily arrivals and departures, managing reservation systems, handling direct bill accounts, and maintaining all operational documentation. The supervisor ensures compliance with regulatory standards and fosters a positive work environment conducive to staff development and customer satisfaction. Supervisory responsibilities include staff development, training programs, rewards and recognition initiatives, performance evaluations, and participation in hiring and scheduling to meet the evolving needs of the business. The role calls for excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software, and the ability to work accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates benefit from a supportive company culture that is dedicated to growth, diversity, and sustainability while working within an industry-leading establishment. PENN Entertainment encourages talented individuals aged 21 or older to join their team and contribute to the ever-evolving landscape of entertainment and hospitality. This role offers a unique blend of managerial duties and direct service contributions, requiring a resourceful and proactive professional ready to uphold PENN's commitment to excellence in guest services and operational integrity.
