Job Description

PAH Management is a Dallas-based hotel ownership and management company that oversees 11 select-service properties spanning five states. Operating under globally recognized brands such as Marriott and Hilton, among others, PAH Management takes pride in owning and operating its assets directly. This ownership model empowers their Sales Managers with real authority, providing direct access to leadership and the unique ability to influence the financial success of their properties significantly. The company is widely recognized for its commitment to cultivating a supportive, associate-first culture that fosters career development and excellence in hospitality. Their mission is to become America’s preferred hotel management company by consistently delivering exceptional service and operational results.

The Sales Manager position at TownePlace Suites Metairie offers a compelling opportunity to join PAH Management’s dynamic team. Located in Metairie, Louisiana, a vibrant and expanding market characterized by robust corporate, leisure, and extended-stay demand, this role is pivotal in driving the hotel’s revenue growth and market presence. The Sales Manager serves as the primary revenue driver for the property, tasked with developing and maintaining a diversified client base to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Partnering closely with the General Manager, this role requires a proactive, self-motivated sales professional who excels in prospecting, relationship-building, and closing new business. Success in this position means understanding the crucial link between excellent hospitality and effective sales strategies, ensuring that all efforts contribute to both guest satisfaction and the financial health of the hotel.

Responsibilities span a broad spectrum of sales and marketing activities, including soliciting new business across multiple market segments—corporate transient, group, government, and extended stay—through direct outreach, networking, and active community engagement. The Sales Manager will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, nurture client relationships through on-site presentations, and participate in industry events to boost the hotel’s visibility. Strategic planning and revenue management also play critical roles, as the Sales Manager collaborates with leadership to set annual sales plans, monitor market trends, and make pricing decisions that optimize RevPAR. Furthermore, this role involves maintaining high standards of customer service and brand compliance, with a focus on Hilton’s branding requirements and PAH Management’s operational guidelines.

PAH Management offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package that includes performance-based bonuses, full medical coverage including dental and vision, disability insurance, life insurance options, accident and critical illness coverage, paid time off, retirement plans, employee assistance programs, and more. They also provide educational reimbursement and opportunities for career advancement through programs such as the Manager in Training program. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with at least two years of hotel sales experience, ideally within select-service or extended-stay environments, and a strong ability to meet sales targets. Candidates with Hilton brand experience and established market relationships will find this opportunity especially rewarding.

PAH Management is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusivity within its workforce, ensuring an equitable workplace for all associates. Joining the team means being part of a supportive environment that encourages professional growth while delivering exceptional hotel experiences.
