Job Description

PAH Management is a reputable Dallas-based hotel ownership and management company that oversees 11 select-service properties across five states. These properties operate under the prestigious Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt portfolios, reflecting PAH Management's strong presence within the hospitality industry. The company prides itself on owning and operating its assets directly, which empowers its Sales Managers with authority, direct access to leadership, and a significant chance to influence their property’s profitability and overall success. PAH Management fosters a culture that prioritizes associate well-being and aims to become America’s preferred hotel management company, known for its commitment to excellence and associate development.

The Sales Manager position at the Hampton Inn Fort Myers represents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a flourishing market characterized by strong corporate, leisure, and extended-stay demand. The role is crucial as it directly contributes to driving revenue by building and maintaining a diversified account base and securing new business from various market segments including corporate transient, group, government, and extended stay. This position offers a unique chance for a self-motivated sales professional who excels in prospecting, relationship-building, and closing sales to make a substantial impact. Candidates for this role can expect a fast-paced environment where strategic sales initiatives align closely with exceptional service delivery. The Sales Manager will proactively engage with prospective clients through direct sales calls, cold outreach, and participation in community and networking events. A vital component of the role is not only acquiring new business but also managing and nurturing existing accounts to maintain a steady and diversified revenue pipeline. The role includes conducting property tours and presentations, responding promptly to sales inquiries and requests for proposals, and negotiating contracts within approved guidelines.

Moreover, the Sales Manager will collaborate on developing the annual sales plan aligned with property revenue goals, monitor market trends and competitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize opportunities. This position demands a partner-oriented approach, working hand-in-hand with the General Manager on pricing and revenue strategies to increase profitability. Critical responsibilities also include serving as the main contact for key accounts, ensuring outstanding guest relations, and seamlessly coordinating with front office and operations teams to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.

The role also emphasizes adhering to Hilton brand standards and guidelines established by PAH Management, with training and certifications integrated as part of ongoing development. PAH Management values a sales professional who not only aims to meet sales goals but also delivers outstanding hospitality, fostering guest loyalty and repeat business. In addition to a competitive salary commensurate with experience, the company offers an attractive benefits package, including performance bonuses, medical coverage, disability insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and employee incentive programs. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals looking to grow their careers in hotel sales within a supportive and associate-first environment.
