Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of hospitality industry experience
  • ability to travel up to 50 percent
  • availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • brand experience preferred
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • 2-3 years of proven experience within the hospitality industry
  • excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Warmly and professionally welcomes all guests and ensures quality check-in and checkout experience
  • utilize a hands-on approach to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and industry partners
  • identify and secure new business opportunities and proactively address client needs and concerns
  • conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • oversee or carry out the development of effective sales collateral and presentations
  • ensure professionally and timely written correspondence, proposals, bids, and follow-up
  • promptly and effectively handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, tact, and courtesy
