Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of hospitality industry experience
- ability to travel up to 50 percent
- availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- brand experience preferred
- high school diploma or GED required
- proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- 2-3 years of proven experience within the hospitality industry
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Warmly and professionally welcomes all guests and ensures quality check-in and checkout experience
- utilize a hands-on approach to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and industry partners
- identify and secure new business opportunities and proactively address client needs and concerns
- conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities
- oversee or carry out the development of effective sales collateral and presentations
- ensure professionally and timely written correspondence, proposals, bids, and follow-up
- promptly and effectively handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, tact, and courtesy
