Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong network within the corporate, travel, and events market
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

- Strong network within the corporate, travel, and events market

Job Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets across rooms, events, conferences, and catering
- Identify market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other partners
- Actively source new accounts and business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events
- Manage key accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term client satisfaction
- Provide personalized service and solutions to meet client needs for meetings, events, and group bookings
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
