This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $52,500 to $58,000 per year, reflecting the importance we place on attracting qualified talent. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies focused on increasing occupancy and generating additional revenue from rooms, events, conferences, and catering services. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong local market understanding to build and maintain robust client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and banquet teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in hospitality sales, a deep network within the corporate and event planning sectors, and the ability to analyze market trends to adjust strategies effectively. By managing key accounts with personalized service and forging new partnerships, the Hotel Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving repeat business and expanding the hotel’s market reach. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Strong network within the corporate, travel, and events market
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets across rooms, events, conferences, and catering
  • Identify market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other partners
  • Actively source new accounts and business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events
  • Manage key accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term client satisfaction
  • Provide personalized service and solutions to meet client needs for meetings, events, and group bookings
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
