The primary focus of this position is to drive guest room sales, especially during low and shoulder seasons, helping to maximize occupancy and revenue. This position involves direct interaction with prospective and current clients through various communication channels such as in-person visits, telephone, mail, and email. Candidates will be responsible for generating new business accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and loyalty.

The job demands good physical stamina as it involves regular standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
