We prioritize respect, embracing diversity while fostering an inclusive environment that values each individual's perspective and well-being. This commitment to a positive workplace culture is reflected in how we treat every employee equally and promote their professional growth.

As a full-time Sales Coordinator at Raymond Management Company, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the hotel sales team to ensure seamless operations for sales and events. This position offers a starting salary ranging from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, with opportunities for wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days based on performance and experience. The Sales Coordinator position is vital in facilitating communication between clients and various hotel departments, ensuring that group bookings, events, and sales contracts are handled efficiently from initial inquiry through to final billing. You will assist in coordinating group bookings and event details, maintain sales records, prepare proposals, and ensure thorough follow-up on bookings. This role is placement within a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment and requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

The Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with multiple hotel departments including the front desk, housekeeping, and banquet teams to synchronize efforts and guarantee that all commitments to clients are met with precision. Administrative responsibilities such as managing schedules, responding to emails, and preparing sales reports also fall within the scope of this position. While prior experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality is advantageous, Raymond Management Company provides comprehensive on-the-job training and supports career development opportunities, making this role accessible to motivated candidates eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

Our company is proud to offer a range of valuable benefits designed to support the well-being and growth of our teammates. These include paid vacation, sick leave, bereavement, and jury duty, paid holidays with premium pay when worked, and travel opportunities with hotel room discounts. Additionally, we provide teammate referral bonuses and paid time off for community volunteering. An Employee Assistance Program is available, offering mental health resources to support team members' overall wellness.

For full-time employees, we extend additional benefits such as affordable health, dental, and vision insurance plans for the employee and their family, low-cost accident, critical illness, and hospital coverage options, flexible spending accounts, and 401(k) retirement plans with company contributions. At Raymond Management Company, we recognize and celebrate our employees’ achievements and maintain a supportive, collaborative work environment where every team member can thrive.

If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality sales, we invite you to apply for the Sales Coordinator position.
