  • supervisory experience
  • strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with hotel systems (PEP/MS Office preferred)
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to interact professionally with guests, team members, and vendors

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the front desk and rooms division to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth operations
  • supervise, train, and support team members
  • provide coaching, feedback, and performance accountability
  • ensure accurate reservations, check-in/check-out, billing, and room status coordination with housekeeping
  • handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction scores
  • monitor staffing levels, schedules, and departmental expenses to meet operational goals
  • maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and brand requirements
  • act as manager on duty as needed and support overall hotel operations
