The Rooms Supervisor position at Hampton Inn Boston Natick plays a crucial role in maintaining the hotel's operational excellence by overseeing the daily functions of the Front Desk and Rooms Division. This role combines hands-on leadership with direct team supervision to ensure exceptional guest service, room readiness, and seamless coordination between departments, notably housekeeping. The Rooms Supervisor works closely with the Operations Manager and General Manager to maintain service standards and uphold brand requirements. This position requires someone who can provide coaching, feedback, and performance accountability to team members, helping support their development and ensuring the hotel's operations run smoothly.

The Rooms Supervisor is responsible for supervising the front desk team, managing reservations, billing, check-in/check-out processes, and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally. The role also involves monitoring staffing levels, schedules, and departmental expenses to meet operational goals efficiently. It demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with hotel management systems, particularly PEP and Microsoft Office, is preferred. The schedule for this role is flexible, requiring availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Duties
