The Rooms Inventory Manager role at PCH Hotels and Resorts is strategically vital, playing an instrumental part in maximizing inventory and revenue for two of Mobile's most prestigious Marriott hotels. Reporting directly from an onsite position, the manager collaborates closely with multiple departments including Revenue Management, Sales, Reservations, Front Office, and Hotel Leadership. This role is designed for candidates with a strong background in Marriott systems and hotel inventory strategies, seeking to thrive in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment where system accuracy, strategic foresight, and exceptional guest service are paramount. The Rooms Inventory Manager will oversee all aspects of room inventory optimization, rate loading, restriction management, and function space availability to align with business goals and enhance profitability. Additionally, this role demands powerful analytical skills for monitoring inventory performance, forecasting demand, and recommending market-driven adjustments.
