Job Description

PCH Hotels and Resorts, Inc. is an independent franchisee owning and operating several hotel properties, including the Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel & Spa and the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel in Mobile, Alabama. Though operating under the Marriott brand, PCH Hotels and Resorts, Inc. is a separate entity from Marriott International, Inc., independently managing all aspects of employment policies, staffing, compensation, and benefits. This distinct ownership model allows for focused management tailored to the unique needs of these premier full-service hotels. Both properties are iconic to the Mobile hospitality landscape and offer a high standard of guest service and amenities typical of Marriott’s globally renowned experience.

The Rooms Inventory Manager role at PCH Hotels and Resorts is an integral leadership position dedicated to optimizing room inventory and revenue strategies across these two prestigious hotels. This onsite position requires a dynamic individual with a strong Marriott background, experienced in inventory and revenue management systems. The Rooms Inventory Manager will collaborate closely with multiple departments—Revenue Management, Sales, Reservations, Front Office, and Hotel Leadership—to maintain system accuracy and support revenue optimization initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing room rates, restrictions, and function space availability to maximize profitability, ensuring all Marriott systems reflect accurate room rates and packages consistent with business goals, and partnering to forecast demand and adjust inventory accordingly.

This role demands a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at juggling multiple priorities with precision and strategic foresight. Coaching and developing the inventory and reservations teams to achieve operational excellence and provide exceptional internal customer service is a critical function of this role. Candidates with a hands-on proficiency in Marriott’s Property Management System (MARSHA) and other reservation platforms, along with proven leadership capabilities, will find this position rewarding and impactful. The position offers a competitive salary and incentivized bonus opportunities, along with comprehensive benefits and career advancement options within an established and respected hospitality company.
