- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds and sanitizing bathrooms
- restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries and towels
- inspecting rooms and reporting maintenance issues
- maintaining public areas such as hallways and restrooms
- following safety protocols and cleaning procedures
- providing courteous and professional guest service
- handling laundry services including washing and folding linens
- monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies
- preparing rooms for new guests to hotel standards
