The Hotel Receptionist handles multiple computer systems to manage crucial processes such as check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and nightly reporting. Flexibility and stamina are important attributes as you will stand and move around the property throughout your shift while remaining attentive to guest needs and requests. This position offers the unique opportunity to work collaboratively with various departments including Reservations and Communications, especially when staff members from those areas are unavailable.   • experience in a luxury hotel, front desk, or audit-related role
  • confidence in using multiple software systems and multitasking during high activity periods
  • genuine compassionate nature with passion for hospitality
