Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and front desk software
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Capability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Physical ability to assist guests with luggage when necessary
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in daily tasks
- Previous experience with night audit procedures or resort operations is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally while maintaining attention to detail in busy situations
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and clear information about hotel amenities and services
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining up-to-date booking records
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy for overnight shifts
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering calls, directing inquiries to appropriate departments or staff members
- Support guest relations by providing local information, assisting with luggage, and ensuring overall comfort during their stay
