Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and front desk software
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Capability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Physical ability to assist guests with luggage when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in daily tasks
  • Previous experience with night audit procedures or resort operations is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally while maintaining attention to detail in busy situations

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and clear information about hotel amenities and services
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining up-to-date booking records
  • Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy for overnight shifts
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering calls, directing inquiries to appropriate departments or staff members
  • Support guest relations by providing local information, assisting with luggage, and ensuring overall comfort during their stay
