The Rack Clerk position is essential to supporting the Hotel Shift Manager by overseeing inventory control and streamlining communication between departments. This role involves maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and guests, managing ticket banks and sales windows, and assisting with shift reports. The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The Rack Clerk will also assist on the front line as needed, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and operational success.
