The Rack Clerk position is essential to supporting the Hotel Shift Manager by overseeing inventory control and streamlining communication between departments. This role involves maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and guests, managing ticket banks and sales windows, and assisting with shift reports. The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The Rack Clerk will also assist on the front line as needed, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and operational success. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one-year front desk experience
- Minimum one-year customer service experience
- Minimum one-year experience in the operation of the AS400 including the LMS and CMS programs

Job Duties
- Maintain positive, constructive working relationships with coworkers and guests
- Maintain strong communication with other departments to streamline hotel operations
- Effectively manage and control the hotel inventory to ensure maximum utilization
- Assist Hotel Shift Manager in executing shift reports
- Maintain ticket bank and Ticket Sales window
- Assist on the front line as needed
