Committed to providing exceptional guest experiences, Aimbridge focuses on innovation, operational excellence, and leadership development to suit the dynamic needs of the modern traveler. With a strong emphasis on culture and results, the company aims to foster an environment where both employees and guests thrive, delivering memorable moments that extend beyond a simple stay. Aimbridge's dedicated lifestyle vertical, Evolution Hospitality, is responsible for a curated collection of independent, luxury, boutique, lifestyle, and soft brand hotels in North America. Evolution Hospitality operates a wide range of restaurants, bars, and lounges that are acclaimed for their distinct ambiance and high-quality service.
One of the flagship properties under Aimbridge Hospitality's management is the iconic Queen Mary Hotel located in Long Beach, California. The Queen Mary is a historic ocean liner repurposed as a unique hotel that offers guests a singular accommodation experience. Featuring polished wood paneling, original 1930s artwork, authentic Art Deco style, and operable portholes, each stateroom offers a nostalgic glimpse into transatlantic travel from the mid-20th century. Beyond its distinctive rooms, the hotel provides a wealth of attractions including historic tours, paranormal experiences, shopping venues, spas, and a host of special events. This blend of history, culture, and hospitality makes the Queen Mary Hotel more than just a place to stay – it is an unforgettable destination.
The Food & Beverage Manager role at Aimbridge Hospitality presents an exciting opportunity to lead the guest service experience across multiple F&B outlets including Room Service, Lounge, and Banquets among others. This full-time position requires a dynamic individual capable of balancing guest satisfaction with budgetary considerations and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a customer service rockstar with strong financial acumen and the ability to address operational challenges swiftly and effectively. Leadership skills are pivotal as the manager will guide and inspire a team dedicated to delivering warm hospitality, speed, and memorable dining experiences.
Successful candidates will enjoy a competitive compensation package and after an initial waiting period, become eligible for comprehensive benefits. These include daily pay options, medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan. The Food & Beverage Manager position not only requires passion for food and beverage but also a strategic mindset geared toward maximizing revenue while maintaining the highest possible standards. This role is ideal for professionals seeking to elevate their career in hospitality, working within an iconic venue that combines rich history with vibrant modern hospitality culture.
