Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years hotel experience or a 4-year hospitality or business degree plus 3+ years related experience
  • strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • familiarity with hotel operations, yield management, and PMS systems
  • skilled in financial data analysis and critical thinking
  • excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • professional and service-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years hotel experience or 4-year hospitality or business degree plus 3+ years related experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • knowledge of hotel operations, yield management, and PMS systems
  • strong financial data analysis skills
  • excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Partner with hotel leaders to implement revenue strategies
  • optimize sales and market positioning in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
  • analyze revenue reports and market data for forecasting
  • lead meetings, deliver reports, and conduct training
  • oversee budgeting and financial reviews
  • coach and develop revenue management teams
  • represent the revenue function in executive committees
