Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years hotel experience or a 4-year hospitality or business degree plus 3+ years related experience
- strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- familiarity with hotel operations, yield management, and PMS systems
- skilled in financial data analysis and critical thinking
- excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- professional and service-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Partner with hotel leaders to implement revenue strategies
- optimize sales and market positioning in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
- analyze revenue reports and market data for forecasting
- lead meetings, deliver reports, and conduct training
- oversee budgeting and financial reviews
- coach and develop revenue management teams
- represent the revenue function in executive committees
