Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
Demonstrated experience in handling hotel budgets
Management or supervisory experience
Excellent communication skills
Proven knowledge of hotel accounting standards

Job Duties

Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cash management, and night audit functions
Prepare monthly profit and loss statements
Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts
Ensure compliance with local and state tax laws and hotel policies
Verify financial reports and liaise with hotel owner and management company
Implement accounting and cash control policies
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounting functions
