The position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual responsible for cleaning furniture, glass, mirrors, elevators, planters, framed pictures, and all furnishings in public spaces such as the lobby, pool, and restrooms. The role also involves sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing floors, hallways, and stairs, removing trash and dirty linens from public areas and guest rooms, and delivering special request items like cribs or rollaway beds to guest rooms.
In addition, the incumbent is tasked with maintaining shelf organization in storerooms, stocking carts with supplies for Room Attendants, assisting in stripping all linens and trash from departed guest rooms, and keeping exterior doors, elevator tracks, and employee elevators clean and polished. The job also demands the use of specialized floor equipment that requires technical expertise, underscoring the need for a candidate who is both skilled and knowledgeable in property maintenance. Furthermore, the role requires taking responsibility for a passkey during assigned shifts, ensuring secure handling and return, and regularly inspecting all floors by elevator landings and vending areas to empty trash and clean furnishings as needed.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Level 4 Gaming License required
- Ability to read analyze and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals maintenance instructions and related documents
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations
- Ability to talk hear stand walk sit use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls
- Occasionally reach with hands and arms sit climb balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift push pull and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Must successfully complete screening for essential job functions
- Regular exposure to cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work in a moderate noise level and smoky casino environment

Job Duties
