The Overnight Manager will also focus on budgeting and financial goals, ensuring that payroll and revenue targets are met without compromising quality. You will conduct daily briefings, provide ongoing training, and coach the team to enhance their skills and knowledge. Your ability to handle employee issues professionally and with fairness will be vital in maintaining a harmonious work environment. This role calls for a dynamic individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Sonesta offers a comprehensive benefits package, recognizing that employee well-being is essential to delivering unparalleled guest experiences.
