Job Requirements

  • must have open availability including weekends

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or hotel operations preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • customer service oriented
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • knowledge of safety and security protocols
  • proficiency in basic computer applications used in hotel management

Job Duties

  • assist in executing daily hotel operations
  • oversee Bistro restaurant and Front Desk activities
  • ensure compliance with company safety and security policies
  • welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards
  • anticipate and address guest service needs
  • maintain professional communication and telephone etiquette
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • comply with quality assurance expectations
  • perform physical job duties such as standing and walking for extended periods
  • carry objects up to 10 pounds
  • complete other tasks as assigned by AGM and GM
