Taking pride in their work, the Operations Supervisor leads by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence. This role demands someone who enjoys guiding teams to success, is actively engaged in their workplace, and consistently upholds values of professionalism and integrity. Concord offers competitive wages starting at $19.00 per hour (based on experience), along with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability options, 401(k) retirement plans, tuition assistance, discounted room rates at Concord-managed hotels, and numerous training and development programs.

Working at Concord means becoming part of a company that not only cares about its guests but also deeply values its employees. The company promotes a drug-free workplace and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Associates enjoy a vibrant culture with opportunities for fun and community engagement throughout the year, fostering a strong sense of belonging and motivation. Those seeking a career wherein they can evolve professionally while being part of a supportive and fun team environment will find that Concord represents an excellent place to work and grow.
