The Hotel Operations Manager will be involved in scheduling, training, and mentoring staff members to promote excellence and consistency in service delivery. Handling guest complaints sensitively and professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty is also key. The role also involves managing labor costs and optimizing resources to improve operational profitability.

At AvantStay, we value innovation and encourage our team members to contribute fresh ideas that enhance the guest experience and streamline operations. Our Hotel Operations Manager will have the opportunity to collaborate with vendor partners, oversee preventive maintenance programs, and implement engaging hotel programming like live music events, yoga sessions, and art exhibits that enrich the guest stays.

Joining AvantStay means being part of a forward-thinking hospitality company that celebrates diversity, supports professional growth, and offers comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, flexible paid time off, retirement plans, and more.
