Operationally, the Hotel Operations Manager oversees labor management including payroll and scheduling to maintain balanced productivity and coverage. They also ensure all guest rooms meet cleanliness and readiness standards through rigorous daily inspections. In addition, the role entails overseeing preventative maintenance programs and managing inventory supplies while coordinating with vendors to optimize costs and maintain efficient operations.

Safety is a paramount concern, and the manager partners with the Safety Officer to maintain a secure environment, enforce safety protocols, and handle any policy violations promptly. AvantStay offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $90,000, along with a performance bonus dependent on skills and experience. The benefits package includes comprehensive company-sponsored insurance covering medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, flexible paid time off, complimentary stays at AvantStay properties, retirement savings plans, paid parental leave, fitness reimbursements, as well as cell phone and mileage reimbursements.
