This role is central to driving the hotel's overall success and ensuring seamless daily operations across multiple departments.

The Operations Manager position is a hands-on leadership role that demands active participation in the day-to-day operations of the hotel. You will partner closely with ownership and the General Manager to enhance guest satisfaction, improve team performance, and optimize profitability. This role involves overseeing critical departments, including the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering, to ensure smooth coordination and consistent service delivery.

As the Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a diverse team, focusing on coaching, training, and developing staff to cultivate a high-performing, motivated workforce. Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by implementing effective strategies, managing operational costs, and focusing on efficiency improvements. A significant part of your responsibilities will include handling guest experience issues, participating in service recovery, and addressing escalations promptly to maintain the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

In addition to operational oversight, you will be expected to review financial information, budgets, and key performance indicators regularly. By analyzing these metrics, you will implement cost-saving initiatives that contribute to the hotel's profitability while maintaining high-quality service standards.   • 5+ years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management
