The Operations Manager position is a hands-on leadership role that demands active participation in the day-to-day operations of the hotel. You will partner closely with ownership and the General Manager to enhance guest satisfaction, improve team performance, and optimize profitability. This role involves overseeing critical departments, including the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering, to ensure smooth coordination and consistent service delivery.

As the Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a diverse team, focusing on coaching, training, and developing staff to cultivate a high-performing, motivated workforce. Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by implementing effective strategies, managing operational costs, and focusing on efficiency improvements.
