Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced guest-facing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to be hands-on and lead on the floor
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Solid problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership mindset
- Comfortable being on the floor and leading from the front
Job Duties
- Lead daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering
- Ensure seamless coordination between departments and consistent service delivery
- Drive revenue growth while managing costs and improving operational efficiency
- Handle guest experience, escalations, and service recovery
- Coach, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team
- Review financials, budgets, and KPIs
- Implement cost-saving strategies
