Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hotel operations management
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency with property management systems and hotel software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in hotel operations management
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage
  • Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and other hotel software
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee all hotel operational departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
  • Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction are maintained
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling expenses and maximizing revenue
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise hotel staff
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance
  • Manage inventory and procurement for operational supplies
  • Respond to and resolve guest issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance hotel operations
