Job Duties
- Oversee all hotel operational departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction are maintained
- Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling expenses and maximizing revenue
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise hotel staff
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Manage inventory and procurement for operational supplies
- Respond to and resolve guest issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business
