The role available is for a Guest Service professional, focused primarily on the overnight 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This position is crucial to ensuring the needs, safety, and satisfaction of guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. The candidate will work closely with previous shifts and management to guarantee smooth transitions and consistent service quality across all hotel operations. Responsibilities include expediently processing guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservation data using the property management system (PMS), processing guest payments, and providing comprehensive information about hotel policies, amenities, and services.

In addition to delivering superior guest service, the role requires handling end-of-day balancing and reconciliation of daily accounting through the Inn-Flow database. This process is vital to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the hotel’s operational efficiency. Candidates must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively address and resolve guest comments and suggestions. Previous hospitality experience is highly desirable, adding valuable insight into the fast-paced nature of hotel operations and elevating the guest experience.

  • Review and reconcile daily accounting and enter into Inn-Flow database
