Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
- 8 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 6 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- Ability to manage large budgets and financial reports
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to develop and execute operational strategies
- Commitment to maintaining guest and employee satisfaction
- Availability to work full time
- Willingness to relocate if necessary
Job Qualifications

- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies
- Experience managing diverse teams and leading multiple departments
- Familiarity with brand service strategies and hospitality standards
Job Duties
- Manages profitability and departmental budgets
- Ensures operational areas deliver a superior guest experience
- Reviews financial reports to monitor performance against budget
- Allocates capital expenditure funds according to service strategy priorities
- Collaborates with direct reports to improve financial results
- Maintains profit margins while ensuring guest and employee satisfaction
- Develops and executes operational strategies aligned with brand business goals
- Improves service performance continuously
- Communicates operational goals clearly to achieve desired results
- Implements brand and regional initiatives and ensures follow-up
- Regularly tours property to assess business needs and operational opportunities
- Establishes and champions service vision and delivery on property
- Ensures fair and equitable treatment of employees
- Observes employee service behaviors and provides feedback
- Hires management team members with strong expertise and leadership
- Conducts annual performance reviews with direct reports
- Maintains an open door policy and addresses employee concerns
- Fosters employee commitment to excellent service and models desired behaviors
