Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major
- 8 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 6 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- Proven capability in strategic planning and team leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively with executive teams
- Commitment to upholding brand standards and service excellence
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Business Administration or related field with 8 years experience in management or sales
- OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 6 years experience in management or sales
- Demonstrated leadership and operational management skills
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Manage profitability and departmental budgets
- Ensure all operational areas provide a conducive atmosphere for guest experience
- Review financial reports and facilitate improvement in financial performance
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with brand goals
- Lead and improve property service performance
- Communicate operational goals clearly to teams
- Oversee human resources activities including hiring, coaching, and performance appraisals
