Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
Proven experience as a hotel manager or similar senior leadership role in hospitality
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Strong financial acumen including budgeting forecasting and p&l management
Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in hotel management software (pms) and office applications
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Fluent in English
Willingness to relocate to Michigan USA
Eligibility to work in the United States with sponsorship

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a hotel manager or in a similar senior leadership role in hospitality
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting forecasting and p&l management
Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Deep understanding of hotel operations revenue management and guest service principles
Proficiency in hotel management software (pms) and standard office applications
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Fluent in english
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or a related field preferred
Multi-property management experience preferred
Fluency in additional languages preferred
Experience with international guest relations and cultural sensitivity preferred
Certification in hospitality management or a related discipline preferred

Job Duties

Oversee all hotel operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards
Lead mentor and develop a diverse team of hotel professionals fostering a positive and productive work environment
Manage financial performance including budgeting forecasting and revenue management strategies to maximize profitability
Maintain high standards of quality control cleanliness and safety across all hotel departments
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction drive occupancy and increase market share
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively ensuring resolution to guest satisfaction
Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional activities and attract new business
Oversee facility maintenance renovations and property upgrades as needed
Represent the hotel in the local community and build strong relationships with stakeholders
