Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a hotel manager or similar senior leadership role in hospitality
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting forecasting and p&l management
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (pms) and office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to relocate to Michigan USA
- Eligibility to work in the United States with sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a hotel manager or in a similar senior leadership role in hospitality

- Multi-property management experience preferred
- Fluency in additional languages preferred
- Experience with international guest relations and cultural sensitivity preferred
- Certification in hospitality management or a related discipline preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee all hotel operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards
- Lead mentor and develop a diverse team of hotel professionals fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Manage financial performance including budgeting forecasting and revenue management strategies to maximize profitability
- Maintain high standards of quality control cleanliness and safety across all hotel departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction drive occupancy and increase market share
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively ensuring resolution to guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional activities and attract new business
- Oversee facility maintenance renovations and property upgrades as needed
- Represent the hotel in the local community and build strong relationships with stakeholders
